Why do we have different reactions to rollercoasters?

Rollercoaster response varies due to: vestibular system sensitivity, anxiety levels, sensation-seeking personality, sense of control (choosing to ride vs. being forced), previous experiences, and how the body processes adrenaline. Some interpret the physiological arousal as excitement; others as fear.
