What would happen if you fell into a black hole?

You'd experience spaghettification—tidal forces stretch you vertically and compress you horizontally, stronger at your feet than head. For stellar black holes, this happens outside the event horizon; for supermassive ones, you might cross intact. To outside observers, you'd appear frozen at the horizon forever.
