Why don't we feel the Earth spinning?

Earth's rotation is constant (1,670 km/h at the equator), and we rotate with it. We feel acceleration, not constant velocity. The atmosphere rotates with us. We're like passengers in a smoothly moving car—we don't feel constant speed, only changes in speed or direction.
