Should I specialize or be a generalist?

Both paths can succeed. Specialists often command higher premiums in their niche but risk obsolescence if demand shifts. Generalists adapt more easily to change and connect across domains. T-shaped skills (deep expertise in one area, broad knowledge elsewhere) often offer the best of both.
